This class action settlement resolves claims that JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America charged unfair out-of-network ATM fees. Eligible consumers who paid unreimbursed fees during the class period may receive an award.

• Consumers who paid an unreimbursed ATM access fee directly to JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, or a Visa/MasterCard network bank.
• Fees paid for out-of-network ATM transactions between Oct. 1, 2007, and Nov. 12, 2021.
