Jack's Family Restaurants LP has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit concerning a data breach that occurred between July 24, 2025, and August 10, 2025. The breach potentially exposed sensitive personal information of current and former employees, including names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, and bank account details. Class members who received notice of the breach may be eligible for documented loss reimbursement (up to $4,000), reimbursement for lost time ($20 per hour for up to four hours), an alternate cash payment of $55, or three years of free identity theft protection and credit monitoring services.
