This case involves alleged late payment of earned wages and overtime violations for healthcare workers at UIHC.

This settlement addresses claims that the Iowa Board of Regents failed to properly pay overtime and wages to certain employees at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Eligible employees include those classified as merit, merit-exempt, or non-exempt P&S employees and members of the SEIU bargaining unit who experienced late wage payments.
