The plaintiff claims this was done without prior notice or consent, violating the Florida Security of Communications Act and other laws, and was used to boost advertising revenue. The lawsuit seeks to represent Florida residents whose electronic communications were intercepted by these tracking technologies. Hims & Hers is also facing a separate FTC lawsuit regarding alleged unauthorized prescription subscription charges.
