PTT LLC, d/b/a High 5 Games LLC and High 5 Entertainment LLC, agreed to pay at least $12 million and up to $30 million to settle a class action lawsuit. The complaint alleged in-app purchases of virtual coins in its social casino applications violated Washington gambling and consumer protection laws. Individuals who played or purchased virtual coins in either High 5 Casino or High 5 Vegas while located in Washington state between April 9, 2014, and Oct. 1, 2022, may qualify to submit a claim for a cash payment. The settlement administrator will determine the payment amount based on the total dollar amount of in-app purchases made, the total number of valid claims submitted, and the total amount the defendant pays into the settlement fund. Payout options include Zelle, Venmo, ACH direct deposit, or a paper check.

Eligibility requirements

You may be eligible if you:

  • Individuals who played or purchased virtual coins in High 5 Casino or High 5 Vegas while located in Washington state.
  • Activity occurred between April 9, 2014, and Oct. 1, 2022.
  • The settlement administrator can reasonably determine their participation or purchases by billing address, IP address or other information.
