Who qualifies
- Anyone living in the US or its territories who purchased qualifying Harbor Freight chainsaws between March 11, 2011 and February 6, 2018.
- Class members who did not participate in the recall and prior disposal of the chainsaw may receive higher payouts with proof.
- Households and ISP addresses are limited to one claim without proof.
