Employment seekers who applied for a job with Gosiger Machine Tools LLC in Washington state between Jan. 1, 2023, and Aug. 17, 2026, and whose job posting lacked the required disclosures, may be eligible to receive an estimated $1,841.27. Individuals who received a notice do not need to submit a claim form to receive their payment; it will be sent automatically unless they opt out. Those who received a notice can update their address or select a digital payment option by Oct. 26, 2026. The final approval hearing is scheduled for Jan. 15, 2027.
