This settlement resolves claims that XS Afterhours Gentlemen’s Club and The Palms Gentlemen’s Club misclassified their workers as independent contractors. Eligible individuals who worked at these clubs in California between May 2, 2015, and Feb. 24, 2021, may receive a payment based on the number of shifts worked, in addition to being converted to employee status.

- Individuals who worked as an outside entertainer (bikini, semi-nude, or nude) for XS Afterhours or The Palms Gentlemen’s Club in California.
