Alleged wage and hour violations by FN Logistics in California, including unpaid overtime, missed breaks, and unreimbursed expenses.

FN Logistics agreed to a $5.57 million settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging violations of California wage-and-hour laws. These violations include claims of unpaid overtime, missed meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses, and other labor code violations. The settlement also includes a PAGA component of $200,000. Eligible class members include current and former hourly, nonexempt employees, and temporary employees who worked for FN Logistics in California between January 13, 2019, and December 31, 2024. A Private Attorney General Act class includes members who worked for FN Logistics between October 2, 2021, and December 31, 2024.

• All current and former hourly, nonexempt employees who worked for FN Logistics or its predecessor in California from Jan. 13, 2019, through Dec. 31, 2024.
• All temporary employees who worked for FN Logistics or its predecessor at any California location during the same period and whom any temporary or staffing agency hired or placed.
• For the PAGA class: all class members who worked for FN Logistics LLC or its predecessor at any California location at any time from Oct. 2, 2021, through Dec. 31, 2024.
