Allegations of unauthorized sharing of private health data collected through the Flo app.

This class action settlement addresses claims that Flo Health, Google, and Flurry shared private health data from the Flo app without user consent. Eligible users who entered health information into the app between November 2016 and February 2019 may be entitled to a settlement award.

You may be eligible if you:

• Users who used the Flo app in the United States between Nov. 1, 2016, and Feb. 28, 2019.
• Users who entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information into the Flo app during that time.
• California residents who meet the above criteria and resided in California during that time.

• Basic contact information
• Users who used the Flo app in the U.S. between Nov. 1, 2016, and Feb. 28, 2019, and entered health information.
• Proof of purchase or supporting documents

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.

• Visit the settlement website to file a claim.
• Provide your Flo app email address.
• If you are part of the California subclass, provide proof of California residency.
• Submit your claim by the deadline of October 15, 2026.
