Settlement for unsolicited telemarketing calls made to phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry by FiveStrata and First American.

This settlement resolves claims that FiveStrata and First American violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by making unsolicited telemarketing calls to phone numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. Eligible class members may receive a payment of approximately $110.

• Individuals who received telemarketing calls from or on behalf of FiveStrata or First American.
• Phone number was on the National Do Not Call Registry at the time of the calls.
