Farmers Insurance faces claims of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) through unsolicited telemarketing calls and texts. Consumers who received multiple marketing calls or texts after their number was on the National Do Not Call Registry may be eligible for compensation.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers with a personal phone number who received two or more Farmers Insurance marketing calls or texts.
• Calls/texts received between Oct. 8, 2020, and March 13, 2026.
• Phone number was on the National Do Not Call Registry for over 30 days.
• Did not request a quote and were not customers within 18 months prior.

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
