This settlement resolves claims that Fairlife, Coca-Cola, and others misled consumers about mistreatment of cows in their dairy product supply. Eligible purchasers of Fairlife or Fair Oak Farms milk, ice cream, butter, yogurt, and other dairy products may receive compensation up to $100.
Who qualifies
- Consumers who purchased Fairlife or Fair Oak Farms dairy products on or before April 27, 2022.
- Includes milk, ice cream, butter, yogurt, and other dairy products from both brands.
- Must not submit fraudulent claims under penalty of perjury.
