This settlement resolves claims from physicians, eye care clinics, and patients affected by ransomware attacks on Eye Care Leaders in 2021 that compromised personal and practice management data.

• Physicians and eye care clinics contracted with Eye Care Leaders for record-keeping and practice management services.
• Physicians and entities using iMedicWare, myCare Integrity, or MyVisionExpress EMR software with outages since January 1, 2019.
• Physicians and entities receiving revenue cycle management services affected by ransomware or delinquent services since January 1, 2019.
• Patients of physicians and clinics whose personal information was compromised in the breach.
