Allegations of illegal telemarketing calls made by eXp Realty agents using automatic dialing systems.

This settlement resolves claims that eXp Realty violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by making unsolicited telemarketing calls using automatic dialing systems. Eligible consumers who received such calls since October 30, 2014, may be entitled to compensation.

• Consumers who received telemarketing calls from eXp Realty agents since October 30, 2014.
• Calls were placed using Mojo or Vulcan7 automatic dialing systems.
• Calls may have resulted in a "drop message" or voicemail.
