Data breach affecting current and former employees of Etairos Health Inc. in March 2024.

Etairos Health Inc. agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the company failed to adequately protect the personal information of current and former employees, resulting in a data breach in February 2024. Approximately 3,259 individuals were affected. Class members can claim up to $4,500 for out-of-pocket losses and attested time, or an alternative cash payment of $75. All class members can elect to receive three free years of three-bureau credit monitoring and identity theft protection services.

You may be eligible if you:

• Individuals residing in the United States who received written notification from Etairos Health about the data breach on or around March 22, 2024.
• Current and former employees of Etairos Health Inc.

• Dates tied to your purchase or account activity
• Proof of purchase or supporting documents

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
