Allegations of false advertising regarding DSL Extreme's TrueSTREAM internet services being marketed as fiber optic.

This settlement resolves claims that DSL Extreme falsely advertised its TrueSTREAM internet services as fiber optic, when they were actually copper-based. Eligible consumers who purchased specific TrueSTREAM packages during the class period may receive a settlement award.

• Consumers who purchased one of four specific TrueSTREAM internet packages between March 1, 2015, and July 14, 2017.
• Consumers who maintained a standard copper-based phone line with AT&T for the duration of their TrueSTREAM service.
• Consumers who lived in an area serviced by ADSL1 and resided in specific California area codes.
