This settlement addresses unauthorized listings of Chicago-based restaurants with nine or fewer locations on DoorDash and Caviar without a contract. Eligible restaurants may receive up to $2,500 by submitting an attestation form through the official settlement website.
Who qualifies
- Chicago-based restaurants with nine or fewer locations under a common name.
- Restaurants listed on DoorDash or Caviar without a contract between Aug. 27, 2019 and Nov. 14, 2025.
- Restaurants without a current contract with DoorDash or Caviar.
