This case addresses alleged antitrust violations by major disposable contact lens manufacturers affecting consumer prices.

This settlement resolves antitrust claims against several disposable contact lens manufacturers for alleged price-fixing and other violations. Eligible consumers who purchased covered lenses during the specified period may submit claims for compensation.

• Consumers who purchased certain disposable contact lenses between June 1, 2013 and December 4, 2018.
• Purchases must be of lenses sold by Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Alcon Vision, CooperVision, ABB Concise Optical Group, or Bausch & Lomb.
