Settlement for individuals whose personal information was compromised in the June 2025 Dairy Farmers of America data breach.

Dairy Farmers of America Inc. has agreed to a $475,000 class action settlement to resolve claims related to a data security incident in June 2025. The lawsuit alleges that an unauthorized third party accessed files containing personal information, including birth dates, Social Security numbers, and bank account numbers. Class members can claim up to $4,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses or an estimated $55 cash payment if they do not submit an out-of-pocket loss claim. All class members are eligible for two years of free credit monitoring services.

You may be eligible if you:

• Current and former employees and cooperative members in the United States whose personal information was compromised in the June 2025 Dairy Farmers of America data breach.
• Individuals who received notice of the incident.

• Dates tied to your purchase or account activity
• Proof of purchase or supporting documents

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
