CVS Pharmacy Inc. has agreed to a $20.5 million class action settlement to resolve claims that it improperly disclosed users' health, personal, and browsing information to Criteo Corp. and other technology providers via embedded technology on its digital platforms. Individuals who accessed CVS digital properties in the United States before July 27, 2026, may be eligible to file a claim. Class members who provide proof of membership can receive up to $10, while those without proof can receive up to $5. The settlement allows one claim per household. The claim deadline is November 16, 2026.
