Costa Del Mar Inc. agreed to a $23.9 million class action settlement resolving claims that it violated the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act by advertising nominal repair fees for sunglasses but charging more. Consumers who purchased nonprescription Costa sunglasses before Jan. 1, 2018, and paid a fee exceeding $11.95 for repairs or replacements between April 3, 2015, and Jan. 28, 2026, may qualify. Florida residents are excluded from this settlement.
