If you applied to consolidate a Federal Family Loan and Education Program loan between January and May 2021 and did not receive a loan verification certificate within 10 days, you may qualify for this settlement.
This settlement addresses claims that Conduent Education Services violated New York lending laws by failing to provide timely loan verification certificates to certain student loan borrowers applying for federal loan consolidation.
Who qualifies
- Student loan borrowers who applied to consolidate at least one FFELP loan into a direct consolidation loan between 01/18/2021 and 05/05/2021.
