Concora Credit Inc. agreed to a $9.38 million class action settlement to resolve claims that it violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by making artificial or prerecorded voice calls to cell phones without prior express consent. Individuals who received such calls between May 2, 2021, and May 31, 2026, and were not Concora accountholders may be eligible to receive an estimated $250-$650 per person from the net settlement fund of $8,375,000. The final payout amount will depend on the total number of valid claims submitted.
