This settlement resolves claims that Choice Health violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act by making unsolicited calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. Eligible individuals who received two such calls within a 12-month period may receive up to $33.79.
Who qualifies
- Individuals who received two calls from Choice Health or its agent within a 12-month period.
- Calls must have been made to a number registered on the National Do Not Call Registry.
- Phone number must have been regularly used or subscribed to from May 2, 2019, through Feb. 20, 2024.
