The settlement benefits women who applied for truck driver positions between January 1, 2016, and the present and were denied employment.

You may be eligible if you:

• Women who applied for a truck driver position at Central Transport LLC nationwide.
• Applicants who submitted a paper or electronic application from Jan. 1, 2016, to the present.
• Applicants who held a Class A commercial driver’s license at the time of application.
• Applicants who were denied employment at least once during that period.
