Eligible individuals who purchased the medication may receive up to $10 per prescription or a full refund of their out-of-pocket costs. A separate Future Refund Program is also available for qualifying recalled purchases made after May 22, 2025.

- Individuals in the U.S. who purchased Breckenridge duloxetine for personal or household use.
- Purchases for the Class Action Settlement were made between Aug. 4, 2020, and May 22, 2025.
