Blue Ridge Power LLC agreed to pay $3.07 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to provide 60 days’ advance written notice of termination as required by the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN Act). Employees laid off from the Fayetteville, North Carolina, worksite around Oct. 17, 2025, may be eligible. No claim form is required, and payments will be mailed as paper checks.
