This settlement resolves claims against BECU for charging non-sufficient funds and overdraft fees when ledger balances were sufficient or fees were charged multiple times on the same transaction. Eligible Washington members who paid such fees between 2013 and 2020 may receive a portion of the $6 million fund.

- Washington residents who were BECU members.
- Members charged overdraft or NSF fees between Aug. 2, 2015 and July 1, 2020 when ledger balance was sufficient.
- Members charged NSF fees multiple times on the same transaction between Aug. 2, 2013 and July 1, 2020.
