This settlement addressed claims that Barlean’s Organic Oils falsely advertised its coconut oil products as “healthy.” Eligible consumers who purchased specific Barlean’s coconut oil products within the specified timeframe could file a claim. No proof of purchase was required.

• Consumers who purchased Barlean’s Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (16, 32, or 60 oz).
• Consumers who purchased Barlean’s Organic Culinary Coconut Oil (32 or 60 oz).
• Consumers who purchased Barlean’s Organic Butter Flavored Coconut Oil (16 or 32 oz).
• Purchases made between Jan. 24, 2015, and Nov. 10, 2022.
