Bank of America agreed to pay $4.28 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging it failed to pay accrued, unused vacation to certain former employees at the time of separation. This settlement covers former employees in California, New York, and Illinois who had a positive vacation balance at separation and did not receive a payout. Eligible class members will automatically receive a check, with a minimum payment of $200. An adjustment form can be submitted by November 23, 2026, if information is believed to be incorrect.
