The settlement provides compensation for individuals who had an account between January 1, 2015, and April 10, 2024.

You may be eligible if you:

• Individuals who had a MyAtriumHealth or MyCarolinas patient portal account.
• Account holders between Jan. 1, 2015, and April 10, 2024.

• Basic contact information
• Individuals with a MyAtriumHealth or MyCarolinas patient portal account between Jan. 1, 2015, and April 10, 2024.
• Proof is usually optional, but keep receipts if available

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
