Allegations that Atlas Crest's sponsor, directors, and officers made false and misleading statements about the benefits of its merger with Archer, dissuading stockholders from redeeming their shares.

A $15 million class action settlement has been reached for investors who held Atlas Crest Investment Corp. Class A common stock as of Sept. 10, 2021, and did not redeem all of their shares in connection with the company's merger with Archer Aviation Inc. The lawsuit alleged that Atlas Crest's sponsor, directors, and officers made false and misleading statements about the merger benefits, which dissuaded stockholders from redeeming their shares. Class members can file a claim online or by mail, with a deadline of Jan. 4, 2027. Proof of holdings and transactions is required. Payments will be distributed on a pro rata basis from the net settlement fund.
