• Consumers who purchased eligible Apple gift cards between March 2018 and July 2020 and whose cards were redeemed by unknown third parties before they could redeem them.
• California consumers who purchased gift cards in California between May 2017 and February 2018 under the same conditions.
• Consumers who were not offered a refund or replacement for the unauthorized redemption.
