Settlement for Anthem health plan members denied coverage for microprocessor-controlled lower limb prostheses.

This class action settlement addresses Anthem's alleged wrongful denial of coverage for microprocessor-controlled knee or ankle prostheses under a former medical policy. Eligible Anthem health plan members who paid out-of-pocket may receive compensation.

You may be eligible if you:

• Individuals covered by Anthem health insurance plans.
• Those denied coverage for microprocessor-controlled knee or ankle prostheses under Anthem’s former policy.
