Who qualifies
- Consumers who purchased one or more products at a purported discount at Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet stores in CA, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, WA, or WI.
- Purchases made during state-specific eligibility periods between Sept. 4, 2018 and Nov. 4, 2024.
- Did not receive a refund or credit for their purchases.
