Allegations that Allstate violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by making unsolicited calls to consumers on the National Do Not Call Registry.

This settlement resolves claims that Allstate made unsolicited phone calls in violation of the TCPA. Eligible individuals who received at least two such calls within a 12-month period while their number was on the National Do Not Call Registry may be entitled to an estimated award.

• Consumers who received at least two promotional phone calls from Allstate within a 12-month period since Oct. 8, 2015.
• Consumers whose phone numbers were on the National Do Not Call Registry at the time of the calls.
