Compensation for diminished value of vehicles repaired under certain Allstate and Esurance insurance policies in Washington.

This settlement compensates Washington motorists insured by Allstate or Esurance whose vehicles were repaired under uninsured motorist property damage coverage and meet specific age, mileage, and damage criteria.

• Individuals insured by Allstate or Esurance in Washington with vehicle repairs paid under UMPD coverage.
• Vehicles with repair estimates of at least $1,000 including supplements.
• Vehicles no older than 6 years and under 90,000 miles at the time of the accident.
• Vehicles with frame damage, deformed sheet metal, or requiring body work or paint.
• Repairs paid within insurer-specific class periods between 2009 and 2020.
