Allianz Global Assistance

Class members who purchased qualifying travel or event protection plans in California or Washington during specified periods may be eligible to file a claim for compensation.

This settlement resolves claims that Allianz Global Assistance charged illegal fees on travel and event protection plans sold through airlines and event ticket sellers to residents of California and Washington.

• California residents who purchased qualifying travel or event protection plans between Sept. 4, 2016 and Sept. 30, 2023 for trips or events within California.
• Washington residents who purchased qualifying travel or event protection plans between April 2, 2018 and Sept. 30, 2023 for trips or events within Washington.
