Alaska Airlines pilots who did not accrue vacation time during military leave may be eligible for a cash payment from a class action settlement.
Alleged violation of federal law regarding vacation time accrual during military leave for Alaska Airlines pilots.
Alaska Airlines agreed to a $500,000 class action settlement resolving claims that it violated federal law by not allowing pilots to accrue vacation time during certain periods of military leave. Current or former pilots who took military leave lasting 31-60 consecutive days between Oct. 10, 2004, and March 31, 2026, and did not accrue vacation during that leave may be eligible. Alaska Airlines’ records identified 163 class members. Payments will be a pro rata share of the net settlement fund. No claim form is needed for identified class members.
