This settlement addresses claims that Fandango failed to disclose convenience fees for ticket purchases and violated laws concerning expiring promotional codes. Eligible consumers in California and Washington may receive cash payments or vouchers.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers who paid a Fandango convenience fee for California theater tickets between June 11, 2020, and June 17, 2024.
• Consumers in California and Washington who purchased a Fandango FanClub membership between Oct. 7, 2024, and April 16, 2025.

• Convenience fees paid between June 11, 2020, and June 17, 2024; FanClub memberships purchased between Oct. 7, 2024, and April 16, 2025.
• Proof of purchase or supporting documents
