This settlement resolves claims that LastPass failed to adequately protect user data during a 2022 data breach. Eligible individuals and entities whose accounts were compromised may receive a statutory payment, reimbursement for documented losses, or compensation for cryptocurrency losses.

• All natural persons residing in the United States whose LastPass accounts were compromised in the 2022 incident.
• All companies, entities, and organizations registered in the U.S. whose LastPass accounts were compromised.
• Accounts must have contained data at the time of the incident.
