Who qualifies
- Florida residents who provided information from Oct. 17, 2019 to Oct. 17, 2023.
- California, Maryland, and Massachusetts residents who provided information from Oct. 17, 2020 to Oct. 17, 2023.
- All other consumers who provided information from Oct. 17, 2021 to Oct. 17, 2023.
