Allegations of deceptive discount advertising practices for mattresses sold on various websites.

This settlement resolves claims that Night US LLC and its affiliates engaged in deceptive discount advertising for mattresses sold on leesa.com, brooklynbedding.com, helixsleep.com, and bearmattress.com. Eligible consumers who purchased mattresses during the specified periods may receive $110 in cash or store credit per qualifying order.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers who purchased mattresses advertised at a discount from leesa.com between July 28, 2019, and March 11, 2024.
• Consumers who purchased mattresses advertised at a discount from brooklynbedding.com between Sept. 5, 2020, and March 31, 2024.
• Consumers who purchased mattresses advertised at a discount from helixsleep.com between Oct. 2, 2020, and March 31, 2024.
• Consumers who purchased mattresses advertised at a discount from bearmattress.com between June 4, 2021, and April 1, 2024.
• Purchasers must have been physically in California or residents of California at the time of purchase.
