Eligible consumers who purchased mattresses during the specified periods may receive $110 in cash or store credit per qualifying order.

- Consumers who purchased mattresses advertised at a discount from leesa.com between July 28, 2019, and March 11, 2024.
- Consumers who purchased mattresses advertised at a discount from brooklynbedding.com between Sept. 5, 2020, and March 31, 2024.
- Consumers who purchased mattresses advertised at a discount from helixsleep.com between Oct. 2, 2020, and March 31, 2024.
- Consumers who purchased mattresses advertised at a discount from bearmattress.com between June 4, 2021, and April 1, 2024.
- Purchasers must have been physically in California or residents of California at the time of purchase.
