Allegations of unfair overdraft and NSF fees charged by iQ Credit Union.

This settlement resolves allegations that iQ Credit Union charged improper overdraft and NSF fees, specifically APSN fees or retry fees, to its customers. Eligible customers who were charged these fees between December 12, 2018, and July 31, 2023, may be entitled to a portion of the $750,000 settlement fund. No claim form is required.

You may be eligible if you:

• Consumers who were charged an APSN fee or retry fee by iQ Credit Union.
• The period of alleged improper fees is between Dec. 12, 2018, and July 31, 2023.

• Basic contact information
• Class members charged an APSN fee or retry fee between Dec. 12, 2018, and July 31, 2023.
• Proof is usually optional, but keep receipts if available

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.
