This settlement resolves claims that USAA failed to pay the full amount of applicable sales tax and vehicle regulatory fees on leased vehicles in Michigan that were declared a total loss. Eligible Michigan USAA policyholders who made a first-party claim for such a vehicle between January 27, 2015, and March 11, 2026, may be eligible for a payment.
