Settlement for Michigan Progressive auto insurance policyholders who received total loss payments missing certain fees.

This settlement resolves claims that Progressive Michigan and Progressive Marathon failed to include certain fees in total loss payments to insured Michigan drivers. Eligible class members who received total loss payments within specified dates may file claims for compensation.

• Individuals insured under a Progressive Marathon Automobile Insurance Policy in Michigan with a total loss claim payment between July 18, 2013 and July 22, 2024.
• Individuals insured under a Progressive Michigan Automobile Insurance Policy in Michigan with a total loss claim payment between July 18, 2016 and July 22, 2024.
