Settlement for alleged age discrimination in pricing of Tinder Plus and Gold subscriptions in California.

This settlement resolves claims that Tinder charged older users more than younger users for Tinder Plus and Gold subscriptions in California, violating state civil rights laws. Eligible class members may receive a cash payment based on the amount they paid.

You may be eligible if you:

• California residents who purchased Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold on or after March 2, 2015, if over age 29 at purchase.
• California residents who purchased Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold on or after March 2, 2016, if over age 28 at purchase.
• Those who were charged a higher price due to their age.

• Basic contact information
• Purchases of Tinder Plus or Gold in California on or after March 2, 2015 (age 29+) or March 2, 2016 (age 28+).
• Proof of purchase or supporting documents

If you do not have every document, you may still be able to file. Many settlements accept claims without receipts.

• Go to the official claim website to submit your verification form.
• Provide proof of purchase and personal details as required.
• Select your preferred payment method on the settlement website.
• Submit your claim or verification by August 18, 2026.
