Who qualifies
- Safeco policyholders and insureds in New Mexico between Oct. 1, 2010 and March 31, 2022.
- Those who purchased or paid premiums for UM/UIM coverage or made a UIM claim after Oct. 1, 2010.
- Members whose benefits were reduced or denied due to Schmick offsets for accidents between Oct. 10, 2010 and March 31, 2022.
