- Worked in job levels 3, 4, 5, or 6.
- Worked in California between March 18, 2018, and Dec. 31, 2023.
- Worked in New York between Oct. 15, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2023.
- Excludes employees in specific legal job families or those who executed a general release.
